Jumping Bean

One more video - here's Connor showing off his awesome jumping skills. This is our Connor - every day, all day long!

Shooting Hoops

After playing basketball at Easter, Connor was very happy when he got his own basketball hoop. It took him awhile to get it, but now he can shoot hoops like a pro!

Easter Videos

Very belated, but here's some videos from Easter weekend. The first is of Connor hanging out with daddy and great-grandpa Papa Lee. The second is of Connor checking out of few things from his Easter basket. I love his crazy morning hair. The next week he got his hair chopped off, and I'm still not very happy about it, but it finally starting growing out. It's still pretty short, but looking cute now.

Sandbox

Connor is very excited about his new sandbox built by grandpa Tom with some help from daddy. Really any chance for Connor to get dirty is exciting for him. He loves to scoop the sand all over and knock over anything mommy makes. This past weekend was hot enough for the kiddie pool to come out, too. Connor had a good time going back and forth between the sandbox and pool. Our backyard was the happening place to be for Connor.

Having Fun at Home

Connor still is absolutely in love with cars. Here they are all lined up, and then they're "all gone." Connor also can't get enough of his books. He drags them all over the house. When he's sleepy, we'll read them to him, but otherwise he just flips through them over and over super fast. He also loves going downstairs to play with his "choo-choos," or trains. He walks downstairs all by himself hanging on to the rail and climbs up them in seconds. As much fun as he has indoors, he would rather be outside and go "bye, bye."

Summer Time!

We're officially on summer vacation, so I'm finally getting around to updating the blog. It's been very busy around here, and Connor's always keeping Jerimiah and I on our toes. Here's some photos from our first baseball game of the season back in April. We've gone to a couple of Omaha Royals games, and one game down in Kansas City. Connor's not into the actual game quite yet, but he absolutely just loves to go and take it all in, especially if there's people around him who will pay him lots of attention. We just went to a game this past weekend and Connor was in love withh the ORoyals mascot Casey, who's a lion. Even before we got there Connor saw several pictures of Casey and he was roaring away. The whole game he would wave and roar at Casey. Connor got a chance to meet Casey, said hi and shook his paw, but was at little too shy for much else. They also had some inflatible kid mascot doing dances and tricks in between innings, and they had Connor laughing so hard - so much fun! Can't wait for lots more fun this summer...

St. Patrick's Day

Here's some shots of our little "Sham-Rocker" on St. Patrick's Day. It was a beautiful day again this year, so Connor got his first wagon ride around the neighborhood of the spring. He's enjoying some fish sticks for dinner in his booster chair - the high chair is reserved for only the super messy dinners, like ravioli and mac and cheese. He's very upset below because he wants to go downstairs very badly, and then he's a very happy boy because he got to go downstairs and play with his trains.

This past week was my spring break, so Connor and I had a lot of fun times. Lots of shopping, very fun trip to the children's museum, and lots of time outside. Daddy also joined us on a trip to the zoo, which Connor's really starting to think is fun, especially the penguins and otters. I am very much looking forward to summer again to spend more time at home with Connor!
